Social Media Marketing Intern duties and responsibilities

Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote and expand FarmSahel’s online presence with fresh ideas and initiatives.

Execute weekly posts on all FarmSahel’s social media platforms (currently Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter) and help market events.

Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.

As needed, design graphics and multimedia for various posts or campaigns.
Skills

Highly organized and self-directed team player with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.

Mastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Impeccable oral and written communication skills.

Proficient with graphic design using Canva.
The intern will be working remotely, and the hours are flexible. We are looking for someone who can commit to 5 to 10 hours a week.
This internship offers a $100 monthly stipend. This is a 6-month internship and an excellent opportunity to apply your passion for international development while learning about non-profit marketing.
