How much do your training plans cost?


Our training plans range from $25 for student plans to $99 for our adult plans. If you are a Rising Star member you get access to all of our training plans for $240 for the year or $30/mth if paying monthly.




How do I get my training plan?


(1) If you just want to purchase one training plan and do not intend to be a Rising Star member. Our training plans are sold through Final Surge. You will purchase your training plan on our Final Surge page which can be found here. After your purchase you will select a start date or end date for your training plan and the training plan is automatically uploaded to your Final Surge workout calendar. (2) Rising Star members fill out a form in our members only dashboard to have the training plan uploaded to the workout calendar.




My race is further out then 13 weeks, what should I do?


If you race is several months away, we recommend starting with one of our RR Fit programs. These are 9 week base building and maintaining programs that will have you ready for your race specific program that is designed for you to peak on race day.




What is the difference between a Rising Star membership and buying a training plan?


You have two options when purchasing a training plan from us. (1) You can purchase one training plan through Final Surge here for approximately $99, or (2) You can join our Rising Star membership and get access to all of our training plans throughout the year for as low as $20/mth ($30/mth if doing monthly payments), plus many more benefits. The Rising Star membership is our most popular option as it allows runners to switch out programs throughout the year for all of the different races they do, as well as get access to our maintenance programs when they don't have a race on the schedule.




How do I access my Rising Star Members Dashboard after I've signed up?


You can access the your Membership Dashboard from anywhere you have an internet connection. Just log in to your account on our website (www.ruggedrunning.com) by clicking the Log In button at the top or bottom or our webpages to access your Members Dashboard and the Tribe Community Platform.




Can I upgrade my membership?


You upgrade your membership level at anytime by logging into your Account and clicking View Plan Details. If you want to upgrade from a membership level that didn't include personalized coaching to one of our coaching packages please contact us at connect@ruggedrunning.com prior to upgrading to make sure we still have space available under the plan you wish to upgrade to.




How do the membership fees work for the Rising Star plan?


  • If you are on the paid Rising Star membership plan, membership fees and billing cycle begin the day you sign up.
  • Recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly, semi-annually or annually) and will be charged to the member's credit card entered from the day of registration.
  • If your membership plan is non-recurring (one-time payment) and has expired but you wish to continue your membership, you must login to your Rugged Running Account on our website and register for a new membership plan.
  • Rugged Running may terminate your membership and these terms if it is unable to renew your membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
  • Access to Rugged Running Members Login and protected content pages granted under these terms is effective only upon current payment of the membership fees if applicable.
  • Rugged Running will provide at least 30 calendar days notice before an increase in membership fees for a subsequent subscription.




How do I cancel my account?


  • Rising Star Memberships: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must go into your online account and cancel your membership prior to your membership renewal date. Click on the Account button on our website (after you are logged in) and click on View Plan Details to cancel or change your plan.
  • All memberships can be reinstated at any time by logging back into your Account on our website and registering for a new membership plan.




What is your refund policy?


All membership fees are non-refundable.
