Administrative Assistant Intern duties and responsibilities

Responsible for communication within the organization

Monitoring constant contact database and sending out mass emails

Assisting in renewing and keeping current FarmSahel’s legally required state and other

registrations.

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders.

Assisting and working closely with the Executive Director on any day-to-day activities.

The volunteer will be working remotely, and the hours are flexible. We are looking for someone
who can commit to 10 hours a week, and this can be a long-term opportunity.
A qualified candidate would include, for example, a college student [is college necessary?]
looking to build a career as an administrative assistant, or a retired or currently employed administrative assistant willing to volunteer his/her time and energy.
The intern will be working remotely, and the hours are flexible. We are looking for someone who can commit to 10 hours a week. This internship offers a $100 monthly stipend. This is a 6-month internship and an excellent opportunity to apply your passion for international development while learning about non-profit management.
